This Cookie Policy explains how OpsNGIN ("OpsNGIN," "we," "us," "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites at opsngin.ai, lab.opsngin.ai, and echo.opsngin.ai (the "Sites"). It forms part of, and should be read with, our Privacy Policy.
1. Our approach: minimal by design
We deliberately keep cookie use to a minimum.
Our public marketing pages are designed to be served without non-essential cookies, so they can be cached efficiently and so that browsing them does not require tracking you. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell data collected through cookies.
The only cookies we rely on are strictly necessary ones — primarily to sign you in to your account and to keep the Sites secure. Where we use anything beyond strictly necessary cookies, we ask for your consent first, and we default to the most privacy-protective option.
2. What cookies and similar technologies are
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser when you visit a site. Similar technologies include local storage and similar browser storage, and pixels or tags. We refer to all of these together as "cookies" in this policy.
Cookies can be:
- Session cookies, which expire when you close your browser; or persistent cookies, which remain for a set period.
- First-party cookies, set by OpsNGIN; or third-party cookies, set by a provider we use (such as our CDN or payment processor).
3. Categories of cookies we use
3.1 Strictly necessary (always active)
These are required for the Sites to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They include authentication/session cookies for signed-in subscribers, security cookies, and load-balancing or CDN cookies. Because they are essential, they do not require consent under most laws.
3.2 Functional / preferences (only if used)
These remember choices you make (such as interface preferences) to improve your experience.
3.3 Analytics / performance (consent-based, if used)
If we measure how the Sites are used, we aim to do so in a privacy-preserving way and, where the technology sets non-essential cookies or is otherwise subject to consent, only with your consent.
3.4 Advertising
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We do not set persistent tracking or advertising cookies. Note that magic-link sign-in does not require us to store a password; the session cookie above is what keeps you signed in after you follow the link.
5. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by providers we use to deliver the Sites — for example, our CDN (Cloudflare) for security and our payment processor (Stripe) during checkout on its own pages. These providers process such cookies under their own policies. We do not permit these providers to use cookies set through our Sites for their own advertising. 6. Your choices and how to manage cookies
- Consent. Where we use any cookies that require consent, we present a consent choice and default to declining non-essential cookies unless you choose otherwise. You can change your choice at any time via
- Browser controls. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from signing in or using parts of the Sites.
- Do Not Track. Because we do not track you across sites for advertising, there is little for a "Do Not Track" signal to change; we honor applicable legal signals where required.

We may update this policy as the Sites or our practices change. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date.
