Sub-processors
This page lists the third-party sub-processors that OpsNGIN ("we," "us," "our") engages to help provide the OpsNGIN platform and related services (the "Services"). It is referenced by our Privacy Policy and our Data Processing Agreement.
A sub-processor is a third party we authorize to process Customer Data on our behalf in order to deliver the Services. Every sub-processor below is bound by a written agreement requiring it to: process Customer Data only on our instructions and only to provide its service to us; maintain appropriate security measures; and not use Customer Data for its own purposes, including its own marketing or AI model training.
We do not sell Customer Data, and we do not share it with any third party for that third party's own purposes.

How AI providers process your data
Where OpsNGIN routes a hard diagnostic request to one of the cloud AI providers listed above, that provider processes the request only to return a result. Each is contractually restricted from using the request content for any purpose other than serving the request, including any use to train its own models, subject to the verifications noted above. If you require that your data not be routed to a particular provider or region, contact us at admin@opsngin.ai to discuss the controls available for your plan.
Changes to this list and your right to object
We may add, replace, or remove sub-processors as the Services evolve. When we add or replace a sub-processor that processes Customer Data, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date.
In accordance with our Data Processing Agreement, we will give customers advance notice of a new sub-processor that will process Customer Data, through the notification channel you have subscribed to. To subscribe to change notifications, or to raise a reasonable, data-protection-related objection to a sub-processor, email admin@opsngin.ai, and we will work with you in good faith to address it.
